Do you ship worldwide? If so, how much is the shipping fee?

Yes, we do ship worldwide. However, shipping fee will depend on your location. Rates will be provided as you checkout.

 

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and other major credit cards but we also accept payment from PayPal for faster payment processing.

 

Is your payment system guaranteed secure?

Every payment or credit card information you input in our website will not be stored in our system and all transactions are well-secured and protected.

 

How will I know if my purchase has been shipped already?

After your item has been shipped, we will send a confirmation on your email alongside the tracking link. In case, it doesn’t show up in your emails, please always check SPAM.

 

How do I cancel my order?

Cancellation of orders is only applicable within the first 24 hours from the time of purchase. If 24 hours have already passed, the only option is to wait for your order to arrive and send it out for returns afterwards.

 

How many days/weeks does it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping usually takes about 2-3weeks from your shipping date but can also be earlier depending on your location. However, holidays, inclement weather, or natural disasters may result in unexpected delays.

 

Can I return or exchange my item?
